Bon for Water
Billions of ringgit is required to finance our water projects.The Minister is thinking aloud to explore bon market to source for fund.Water capex is a long term investment;hence it needs long term finance at lower coupun rate. I hope the financial wizards will engineer a financial package all parties win i.e the government, the water operator and the consumers.
