FIRST COMMODITY

This afternoon I met a fellow water engineer. He questioned the need to close the plant for repairs. Why can't partial closure be done instead of total closure that cause havoc to almost one million people in Klang Valley?? Then, my friends at JBAS and PNSB need to explain to us poor souls.
